Reserved data key carrying the session's original issue time (epoch seconds).

It rides in the data bag because that is the only thing a driver gets handed back on save — the SessionDriver contract passes (id, data, response) and nothing else — so it is how "when did this session first exist?" survives a round trip and makes CookieDriver's absolute lifetime enforceable.
